Corporate Health and Safety Policy

GlobalFlow is committed to protecting the general public, its employees, property, visitors and customers’ assets from harm and loss in the workplace.

Our Corporate Value states “Because we care about our employees and their families, we will work safely together”. We will provide and maintain a healthy and safe work environment by exercising accepted good industry practices and by compliance with legislation. We will constantly strive to identify and eliminate any hazards or substandardconditions which could cause illness/injury as well as fires, security losses, damage or harm to the environment, property and assets.

All employees, contractors and sub-contractors and other personnel are expected to exercise their legal responsibility to control and report any hazard/substandard condition immediately, so that corrective action can be taken.

We can achieve an injury free workplace through positive management and active participation by everyone. To this end, GlobalFlow has initiated our “Take 3” program this year with focus on “Each Task Done Safely Every Time”.

All executives, managers, co-ordinators and workers are responsible to support and participate in GlobalFlow’s health and safety program, and, to perform their functions according to our established policies, procedures and training. Contractors and subcontractors must also comply with and support our program.

I expect each individual to join me in a personal commitment to participate in preventing harm coming to our employees, their families, contractors and sub-contractors, GlobalFlow’s customers, facilities, and equipment.

Safety defined:   How people act when no one is watching”.
