We are pleased to announce that on September 30, 2011, the acquisition of the GlobalEye Web SCADA system and the WTX Well Testing Software from Global Flow Inc was completed by Zedi Inc. Zedi is recognized both in Canada and 24 other countries around the world for their leading technology and infrastructure, providing secure network hosting of production data in excess of 25,000 nodes. GlobalEye and WTX customers can look forward to leveraging Zedi’s network capabilities while maintaining their field services from Global Flow.

Today, as a current Global Flow customer, you can expect service to continue to operate as usual without interruption or changes to existing support structures. Global Flow remains an independent company with full ownership of their remaining products and services. As the integration process continues, Zedi will send follow-up communications as to how this process will impact your organization, but for now, feel free to contact your Global Flow representatives or Zedi for more information. Dana Krause, former President of Control Micro Systems has accepted a position with Global Flow as “Vice President,  Strategic Business Development”.  Mr. Krause will be starting on October 3^rd and will be a great addition to the Global Flow team. His background and experience in the Industry will prove to be invaluable in the development and execution of our strategy to grow all three of GlobalFlow’s Business Units.

Global Flow Inc. is pleased to announce that Wayne Troendle has joined our group as the Area Manager Shaunavon/Swift Current, Controls Business Unit.

The addition of Wayne is another key step that will allow us to continue to provide and further enhance our ability to deliver our services to our valued customers operating in Saskatchewan.

The acquisition of Shaunavon Electric is expected to not only help Global Flow Inc. expand and solidify its presence in Shaunavon Saskatchewan, but it also allows Global Flow Inc. to work with the customers in the area that Shaunavon Electric has built solid relationships in. Global Flow Inc. is very excited to work Dale Birch and his staff to build the premier Electrical and Instrumentation Controls service group of South-Western Saskatchewan.

In the past Global Flow Inc. has worked with Shaunavon Electric on different projects and it was through this working relationship that we identified their strong belief in company and employee values. Global Flow Inc. believes that our values identify who we are as a company.

Global Flow Inc. is pleased to announce that Iain Munro has joined our group as the General Manager of the Process Equipment Business Unit. 

Iain brings with him a vast range of upper management experience and will add great value to our company.   His previous experience as a VP of a structured service company and Director of National Oil Well Varco UK Operations will be of great benefit to the Process Equipment BU in executing our growth strategy and to Global Flow Inc. as a whole.

I would like to thank Ian Rheaume who will be moving into the role of Engineering Manager. As Engineering Manger he will fully focus his time and efforts on Engineering & Design, Project Management and our Lean Manufacturing Process Efficiencies.

The addition of Mr. Munro is a key step that will allow us to continue to provide and further enhance our ability to deliver peerless products and services to our valued customers.

On June 16^th, Global Flow Corporate Support staff took time to give a little back to our community. We heard that the local Medicine Hat Food Bank was in need of some extra helping hands to move items around in the their storage facility in order to make room for a large cold storage container being installed.

We all enjoyed getting out of the office and living out part of Global Flow’s vision to be ‘proud contributors to our community’.

Global Flow Inc. is excited to announce that we have opened a new office in Drayton Valley.  We are very pleased to have Matt Harrison on board to manage the shop and strongly believe that his strong reputation in the industry will allow us to continue to support our customer base as it grows.  As per Matt Harrison - “I am excited to be representing Global Flow in Drayton Valley, and look forward to working with new and existing customers to help them increase their productivity with the services and hardware that Global Flow has built their business around.”

The GlobalFlow Calgary office participated in the 44th annual City of Calgary Pathway and River Cleanup, May 01 2011. As part of our ongoing commitment to our community we collected garbage from the path around Nose Hill Creek in the N.E. The Tim Horton's sponsered event was very well attended with over 2000 volunteers helping to make are Paths and Rivers Beautiful.

We are excited to announce the consolidation of the Maverick Group of Companies under the name Global Flow Inc. Global Flow Inc. is widely known for its quality fabrication and automation, with the consolidation of Entegra Controls, Global Flow Inc. can now provide service from the well head to the sales meter. We would like to thank you for your ongoing support.

The fabrication space in our new 28,000 sq.ft. facility, along with the handling capacity of the 40 plus tones of crane, will allow Global Flow Process Equipment to grow with the success of our customers. We are excited that this new facility will provide us an additional anchor point within the industry and provide further opportunity to support our clients, as well as the other business units within GlobalFlow.
