GlobalFlow Inc. is the resulting entity of the streamlining and aggregation of the Maverick Group businesses into a single focused business in 2011 with 3 main units; Automation, Control and Process Equipment. Where each unit is focused on providing the highest value to the customer and when appropriate leveraging the unique synergy potential of these three powerful teams using GlobalFlow’s Integrated Energy Solution approach to synchronize our capabilities across the company to suit the customer needs from the office to the wellhead, providing increased value for the customer.

History:

The Maverick Business Solutions was founded in 2003 and grew to include five privately held companies.  The group started with Entegra Controls & Energy Services in 2002 that provided instrumentation, and control and electrical services. A year later GlobalFlow Inc was established.  Since that time it also launched Southern Plains Energy and Marcon Energy Services.
